Clubs - Journeymen Wrestling's Mini-Men Program
Modeled directly after our high school club, Journeymen Wrestling. Mini Men Wrestling Club is one of the premier youth wrestling programs in upstate NY. This program is dedicated specifically to 1st - 8th grade student athletes. The practices are run with the structure and intensity of a varsity high school practice, but at a speed and content relevant for our younger wrestlers. This program attracts wrestlers from all over the Greater Capital Region, as well as VT and MA.
The Mini Men program will run two group practices on Monday and Thursday evenings. The groups will be split based on experience levels. The more novice group will wrestle at the earliest time slot, while the more veteran group will take to the mat immediately after. This will allow members to receive the appropriate individual attention. Splits will be determined by the coaching staff. Monday evenings will be joint practices, where the entire club practices together.
Option 1: Nov. 3, 2016-July 24, 2017 - Option 2: April 10, 2016-July 24, 2017

Mini Men mirrors the philosophy that helped shape the main Journeymen club. Special clinicians will be invited in to the club to influence our youth.
