Minimen X delivers small group functional training sessions for youth ages 8-14.


During each class, a group of youth athletes are led through a fun and engaging full-body workout focused on core strength and agility development. Intensity levels are based on individual abilities and are effective for novice athletes to top performers.


Minimen X provides a combination of age appropriate youth strength training with speed & agility drills to increase power and coordination. The staff will help develop a growth mindset and Grit!
